How do I easily find people with the same interest (s).
My e-mail address has changed, what now?
When you have a new e-mail address, you can indicate this on your account page .
Message: No profile found.
When you want to view another user’s profile, you may get the message: No profile found.
- This could mean that the profile has been deleted by the person.
- The person has not yet entered any information on the profile page. So the profile is not complete yet.
- The person has set the privacy settings so that the profile is invisible.
I don’t want to receive emails.
Emails are sent when other members respond to your profile. If you do not want this, you can easily change the settings in the profile.
Edit email notifications.
Why don’t I see a chat icon?
You need a paid membership to start a chat session.
You can purchase a membership via the upgrade page .
Why can’t I send messages?
You need a paid membership to send messages.
You can purchase a membership through the upgrade page .
Messages can be addressed to people you are friends with.
Message without friendship
You can still send a person you are not friends with a message from that person’s profile page. You will find this option as an envelope icon above his or her profile picture.
How can I set my gender?
When registering your Friends Finder account, you will be given the option to indicate your gender. This setting is permanent and cannot be changed afterwards.
If you have already registered an account and forgot to set the gender, this setting may be wrong. You can contact the support department by sending an email to email@example.com. Use the e-mail address you used to register on the site.
A support employee can then assess this change and adjust the setting.
I can’t find my profile
Your profile on Friends Finder will not be visible until you update your profile information.
Fill in your profile as completely as possible so that other members can find you.
